SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order. Once your order is shipped, it is estimated that you will receive the order within 8-20 business days from the shipping date. If you need the item(s) sooner and are living in the U.S., please select Standard or Express shipping option.
POSSIBLE DELAYS

TRACKING MY ORDER
Sometimes the tracking information may take a few days to refresh, please follow these steps to trace your order:

Why your order may arrive in two or more packages？
If you are in the U.S., you may be receiving items separately in two or more packages and on separate days due to the dispatch of items from different warehouses. However, our shipping cost applies only to the order, there is no additional shipping cost for separate packaging for the same order.
